Dean has worked within further and higher education establishments for over 5 years. Within this time, he has worked with a number of Northern, Southern and Isthmian League football clubs.
During this time Dean has worked as a Regional manager working with quality departments to promote the highest level of teaching and success. One of his main focuses has been to develop sporting and business pathways for students.
