Global Institute of Sport (GIS) are delighted to announce their new partnership with performance analysis leaders Hudl, as part of the MSc Sports Directorship programme. The partnership, in conjunction with VSI Executive Education, will equip future global sport leaders with the practical skills and education they need for long-term success. .

Hudl, who works with more than 200,000 global sports teams, will deliver one workshop per module on the programme, focusing on the power of analysis and quantification in sport. Delegates will also have exclusive access to Hudl products throughout their programme, ensuring they understand the growing and ever-evolving role of technology in sport.

Tony Faulkner, Director of VSI, said: “It’s critical that the MSc Sports Directorship is aligned to the industry in terms of what sports organisations require from their strategic leaders. Hudl has forged a reputation of delivering products into clubs that enable the performance staff to be more impactful in their roles, adding greater value to their business.”

He added, “We are delighted to be partnering with a leader in this space and incorporating Hudl into this programme.”

Several other Master’s programmes in GIS’ unique portfolio also use Hudl’s renowned technology, including their MSc Football Coaching & Analysis degree, which is set to host its first intake in Melbourne as a Blended programme next year.

Senior Vice President of Hudl, Sam Lloyd, added: "In today’s data-driven sports environment, analysis isn’t limited to coaches and analysts, but plays a pivotal role in the strategic planning of a successful team. We’re delighted to partner with VSI and to support UCFB and GIS students in their degree studies, sharing with them market best practices and offering an inside look into our tools."
