Jono has a background in both primary and secondary school teaching and football coaching. Jono has managed a number of mens and women’s football teams as well as working for clubs within the EFL and Long Island Rough Riders in New York. More recently, Jono has started doctoral level study, investigating coaching philosophy within football.
