CEO at Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby
A former NFL player for the San Diego Chargers and now the CEO of Great Britain Wheelchair rugby (GBWR), Jason has successfully made the transition from sports professional to business professional. Jason has worked with a number of professional sports organisations including Bolton Wanderers and NFL UK leading grassroots development and education initiatives. Providing opportunities for individuals to thrive through sport and education is a true passion for Jason which has guided his career pathway over the last 10 years.
Creating the next generation of fans through participation in NFL Flag, the NFL’s non-contact version of the game, is a key part of the NFL’s international growth strategy. Jason has led this in the UK by creating a national schools competition programme which has fed into international competition in the USA. Jason works across multiple functions including marketing and data & analytics aiming to fully integrate the NFL into the UK’s sporting landscape.
