Planning your travel?✈️

Arrival: For international attendees, we recommend arriving by Friday 16th January 2026 to allow time to settle in and adjust to the time zone.

Connecting flight MEL – SYD: Attendees are asked to fly from Melbourne to Sydney on Wednesday 21st January 2026, it is advised for attendees to travel in the morning.

Departure: We suggest departing on Monday 26th January 2026 – or consider staying a few extra days to enjoy the Australia Day celebrations!

Wednesday 21st January to Monday 26th January 2026 (5 nights) the group will stay at Miguel Cordero Residence
