Arrival: For international attendees, we recommend arriving by Thursday 14th January 2027 to allow time to settle in and adjust to the time zone.

Connecting flight MEL – SYD: Attendees are asked to fly from Melbourne to Sydney on , it is advised for attendees to travel in the morning.

Departure: We suggest departing on Sunday 24th January 2027
