  • Rupen Shah is the Chief Financial Officer of the Football Foundation, the UK’s largest sports charity and an Independent Non-Executive Director at UK Sport. He has a rich background in commercial, charity, and public finance sectors, and is deeply involved with Arsenal FC’s community programs. Rupen also mentors young sports enthusiasts and serves as a trustee for organisations like Women In Sport and The Legal Education Foundation.
  • Jo Tongue is the CEO of Tongue Tied Media and an FA registered agent. With nearly 20 years of experience in sport, media, and commercial opportunities, Jo has worked across TV, radio, and online platforms, including editing the BBC’s flagship football show, 606. She is also a Director and Board member of Women in Football and a trustee of the Jason Roberts and Michael Carrick Foundations.
  • Lynsey Hooper is a seasoned sports broadcaster and reporter with over a decade of experience working for major networks like BBC, ITV, and Sky Sports. She is also the co-founder of “The Offside Rule” podcast, which provides insightful and engaging football commentary. Lynsey’s versatile broadcasting skills and passion for sport have made her a prominent figure in the industry.
