Having previously served as General Manager of Football at Carlton Football Club and General Manager of List Management at the Fremantle Dockers, where he played a key role in football operations and talent strategy. Earlier in his career, he worked as an AFL Player Agent.

Joining Brad is Stefani Chinn, a sports marketing and communications leader with over 20 years of experience. Formerly Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications at the World Surf League, Stefani has led global campaigns, athlete marketing initiatives, and ambassador programmes across the sport and entertainment sectors.
